Lead Galaxy works with other portals in 3 different ways:
Cost Per Lead Listings
Lead Galaxy has a large base of property advertisers who list international real estate on a cost per lead basis. This means that they are prepared to pay a fixed fee each time a potential customer makes a genuine enquiry about one of their listings.
Many other property portals take a data feed of these listings and add them to their own site, including Homes Overseas, Arkadia, PropertyWorld, Holprop, Property Abroad, Trovit, Mitula, Condo, Oodle and Vast. This gives them more property listings, plus an additional revenue stream, as they share in the revenue generated by the enquiries on their website.
For Sale by Owner Listings
Sell My Property is a sister brand to Lead Galaxy and delivers a similar multi-site solution for individual owners selling international real estate.
Portal partners can take a revenue share on signps to this service from visitors that are either referred to our signup page, or who sign up via an integrated offering. Partners can choose whether to carry private seller listings from Sell My Property, in return for a larger commission on signups from their site.
White Label Site
For major publishers with a large amount of traffic, email database owners, or domestic property portals without an overseas section, Lead Galaxy can deliver a template-based white label site.
This means that an overseas property search function can be added to any website, with some customisation of the design and content possible and no need to ever manage agents, developers and advertisers.
Portal Management
Lead Galaxy is always on the lookout for new portals to add to our network, particularly where they have an audience that differs somewhat to our existing portfolio.
We are flexible with regards to the terms of any arrangement and have done equity-based and revenue-share deals in the past.
