Refund Policy:

  Any leads generated by Lead Galaxy can be submitted for refund, only after suitable efforts have first been made by the advertiser to make contact to the lead. "Suitable efforts" means that if a lead has for example an incorrect or non existent telephone number, then the advertiser must try to email the lead on 5 consecutive working days to reach the client before submitting as a refund. Leads that prove to be non contactable are refunded fully to your account. Duplicate leads that arise from within the Lead Galaxy system will be fully refunded and we have automated checking systems in place to look after this process. We do not refund duplicates that arise between the cross referencing of an advertisers existing database and the Lead Galaxy system, only duplicates arising from within the Lead Galaxy system. Leads can be refunded to your account by taking the lead ID number and then entering the "Returns" section of Lead Galaxy where a brief description of the problem can be entered along with the ID number and then this is submitted and goes direct to our support team.

  Lead Galaxy is a property lead generation company shipping virtual goods in the way of client details vial email, sent in real time direct to advertisers email addresses. Lead Galaxy takes no responsibility for any loss of lead delivery caused as a result of advertisers email server problems.
