We have 4 easy ways for you to list your property with us:
XML Feed
If you have a database-driven website, then the chances are that you have the ability to create an XML feed of your listings. We can take almost any format of feed and will process it for you to get your listings live within 7 days or less.
XML Creation
For database-powered website owners, provide us with FTP and database access and we’ll create a self-generating XML feed for a one-off cost. This XML feed is yours and located on your server – you can use it feed to distribute your listings anywhere you like.
XML2U Scrape
For static websites or those without the technical staff to create an XML feed, our partners XML2U can create a feed by sending an intelligent robot to grab your property listings automatically. For a monthly fee, the robot will return to update your feed.
Online Platform
We have an easy listings tool that lets you add your listings one at a time. Although this can take 5 or 10 minutes per listing, it often gives the best looking results. The system can also be used to enhance listings added by XML Feed or Site Crawl.
